apibrėžtis Teisinis Europos „Sporto visiems“ sąjūdžio plėtros dokumentas, priimtas 1975 m. Briuselyje (Belgija), Europos sporto ministrų konferencijoje. Europos „Sporto visiems“ chartija skelbia, kad sportas, kaip socialinio ir kultūrinio vyksmo dalis, yra svarbus žmogaus tobulėjimo veiksnys ir kad kiekvienas žmogus turi teisę sportuoti. Europos „Sporto visiems“ chartija nustato šalių vyriausybių priedermę rūpintis sporto visiems plėtra, sporto bazių kūrimu, jų ir gamtos prieglobsčio veiksmingu naudojimu, skatinti aktyvią fizinę žmonių veiklą, kvalifikuotų specialistų dalyvavimą visose sporto visiems grandyse: valdymo, pratybų organizavimo ir vykdymo ir pan.
